1 Hour introductory training program

This is a beginner focused learning of the basic technical execution of several Olympic Weightlifting exercises related to the Clean & Jerk.

Goals of This Program

  • Give athletes a short overview of the some of the basic exercises

  • Give athletes the opportunity to have fun and engage with fellow athletes

  • Motivate young athletes to start Olympic Weightlifting
