China has dominated the sport of Olympic Weightlifting since the 1980s. The Chinese weightlifing system is highly detailed and based on tactical coaching. Join us for a 3 hour clinic on the split jerk where we will be focusing on the Chinese split jerk and highlighting the foundational differences between the various styles. This will be a detailed hands-on, intructor led clinic with a low coach to athlete ratio, with all Instruction will be taught by the Austin Barbell coaching team. We are capping the session at 9 athletes to ensure that all attendees get adequate attention.
