Olympic Weightlifting Foundations Class - $99 (2) Sessions

If it's been awhile or you are coming to us with zero experience. We do start off our beginners with (2) one hour foundational classes that are essentially "semi-private" sessions with either myself or staff coaches. This is one our requirements before allowing new, untrained athletes into club training.  If you have a background in Olympic Weightlifting you can skip foundations and pay for a 1 time drop-in.  If you decide you want to train with us on a regular basis and join our club, I can then roll-in the drop-in fee to your membership. 

  • (2) 60min coached sessions, focusing on technique and fundamentals.

  • Both sessions are offered at a highly discounted combined rate of $99

SEMI-REMOTE 1X WEEK - $139 MONTH

Can't train with the Austin Barbell team on a regular basis?  Train with us once a week and will provide programming for the rest.

FULL-REMOTE PROGRAMmING AND VIDEO ANALYSIS - $179 MONTH

Not local to Austin? We offer remote individualized programing and video analysis.

  • Video Analysis up to 20 videos a week
