Youth & Teens And Everyone In Between are Welcome!
The goal of the Austin Barbell Off-Campus Physical Education program is to accommodate AISD students who are interested in advancing their training literacy, developing speed, and strength, and becoming athletically coordinated. Students will be instructed by nationally accredited coaches on proper form and mechanics based on the USA Weightlifting (ADM) Athlete Development Model and training framework.
Beyond the weight room, students will learn the foundational principles of human movement, develop training acumen, build confidence, and become proficient in the sport of weightlifting.
