Why Remote Training?

Our remote coaching is fully customized to meet your training needs, fit your schedule, and support your goals—from your first local meet to chasing the podium on the national stage.

You'll be paired with one of our expert coaches who will design a program based on your strengths, weaknesses, and competition calendar. You'll receive weekly programming updates, personalized feedback, and ongoing technical analysis using tools like CoachNow and video breakdowns. Communication is consistent and intentional—we check in weekly and stay looped in through text, or video review, depending on your needs.

We coach beginners, national competitors, and everyone in between—but every athlete gets the same individual attention.

FAQ

  • Remote training is designed for athletes that plan to train with autonomy. Coaches will cue, correct and provide feedback on recoded lifts.

    *If you never trained the Olympic lifts before and have no experience we can help locate a coach local to you.

  • A. All athletes coming into remote training will be asked to participate in an online movement screening over Zoom during their Programming Strategy Call.

  • A. Programming is delivered weekly on Sundays

  • A. All video reviews are handled by USAW National-level coaches or higher—no interns, no guesswork.

    🎥 Send as many videos as you need.
    There’s no cap, but we do ask you to use discretion.

    📉 Send when something feels off.
    If you’re struggling with positioning, timing, or anything technical—send it. If training feels dialed in, no need to check in. We’ll assume all is well unless we hear otherwise.

    📨 For non-urgent feedback:
    Email your videos—expect a response within 1–2 days.

    📲 For urgent issues:
    Message your coach. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
