Force Plate Testing
Force plate testing will measure muscle power capabilities, and you'll get insight into force output and velocity that your jumps produce!
Even if you are new to weightlifting and have never done testing, the results provide objective data without the use of barbell, skill or technique.
Testing takes about 5-8 minutes per athlete and helps us measure current and future progress. Free for members!
